Northeast Ohio Flag Football Refund Policy
1) No player will be placed on a team until the registration fee is paid.

2) Coach requests are NOT guaranteed. We will try our best, but can NOT guarantee any requests. No refund will be given if coach request is not granted.

3) Refund policy-Any request for cancellation up to March 1st, 2021 will be refunded 80% of the registration. From March 2nd-April 1st 2021, a request for cancelation will be refunded 50% of the registration. If there is a request for cancellation after April 2nd 2021, you will forfeit all of your registration fee paid-NO Refund will be given starting April 2nd 2021.
*If the season is cancelled before or during the session due to any type of natural disaster, local or national pandemic or emergency, the League will issue an appropriate refund.

*Please note that the surcharge is NOT part of our League's fee.  It is a third party servicing fee charged by the registration website.
