Refund Policy

Please note that coach and player requests are NOT guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee any specific placements. No refunds will be issued for players who are not placed on a requested team with a specific coach or player.

Players are not placed on a team until payment is complete.

Coach requests are welcomed but not guaranteed.

Refunds:

Up to July 20, 2026: 80% refund

July 21 – August 1, 2026: 50% refund

After August 1, 2026: No refund

If the season is canceled due to emergencies (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic), an appropriate refund will be issued.

Website surcharge fees are third-party and not part of the league’s cost.

Coaching: The league is volunteer-based. Please consider volunteering to help create the most memorable experience for you and your child.

*Starting Jan 1, 2026, coach requests for game days/times will no longer be accepted due to limited field availability.

*If the season is cancelled before or during the session due to any type of natural disaster, local or national pandemic or emergency, the League will issue an appropriate refund.
